Mr. Khalid Iqbal is a distinguished member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, Canada and also holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Central Punjab. He joined MD Health Center in 2021 and is presently the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Iqbal brings with him over 20 years of experience in international public accounting and financial services giving him in-depth knowledge of a company’s financials.

He started his career with Citibank, in Lahore, Pakistan where he worked as Business Relationship Officer, managing a client portfolio of 200 million PKR within his first year. Mr. Iqbal developed his financial insight further, while working close to a decade at KPMG LLP in Canada, where he was primarily involved in audit, review, and compilation of financial statements for a variety of industries.

He later moved to BDO LLP, focusing on analyzing and advising small and medium sized businesses on financial and tax planning. His passion and keen interest in the field allows him to have extensive knowledge and understanding of world markets.
